Pain au Chocolat Cooking Instructions
Cover an oven tray with baking paper and arrange the Pain au Chocolat leaving enough space between each one for the pastry to double in size at least.
Thaw at room temperature for two hours or overnight. A cold oven is a good place to do this.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool for 30 minutes at room temperature and away from draft.
Sprinkle with icing sugar or drizzle with thin strands of melted chocolate before serving.
